Conditions for Refunds, Exchanges, or Returns
1. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, you may request a refund, exchange, or return.
2. Incorrect Orders
If you receive an item different from what you ordered, you may request an exchange or return.
3. Order Cancellation
Customized Products:
Cancellations are accepted only within 24 hours of placing the order.
Even if the design review is completed, cancellation is possible within this period but will incur a €10 deduction from your refund.
Once production starts, cancellations and refunds are not possible — even if within the first 24 hours.
Non-Customized Products:
Refunds, exchanges, or returns are accepted if the product is sealed and unused.
4. Non-Delivered Orders (Shipping Issues)
If your order is returned due to incorrect delivery details or failed delivery attempts, we will hold the product for 30 days. After this period, the item will be discarded. Reshipping costs will apply and vary by country.

We will review your request and inform you of approval or rejection. We reserve the right to decline any request that does not meet our policy conditions.
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days, using the original payment method.
If a cancellation is made within 24 hours and the design review is complete, a €10 fee will be deducted from the refund.
No refunds will be issued for customized products already in production.
Product Exchanges
We only accept exchanges for sealed and unused products, in accordance with European law. Please contact us at theprintoas@gmail.com with your order number and reason for exchange. We will confirm if the exchange is possible and provide return instructions.

Shipping Fee Policy
If you cancel an order in transit or after delivery (sealed and unused items only), the shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
